Saving Filtered data

how can I save this list in Excel format so that I can burn a CD?

Not sure what this has to do with burning a CD. If you've got the list
already in a worksheet, just save the workbook. If you want to save only
a single sheet, drag the sheet's tab to the desktop, or choose Edit/Move
or Copy Sheet... to create a new workbook.

I am afraid you've lost me. I have a file of over 39,000 lines and over
26 colums. I filter one colum, but I cannot seem to save just the
filtered items, which are about 18,000 lines.
I know I seem obtuse here but...
