Saving identically named attachments

I routinely receive emails with multiple, identically named attachments
(typically replies to other, identically named emails). "Save all" will not
allow me to rename them, and with 40+ identically named attachments on a
typical message, saving individually isn't working out.

Is there a way to have outlook automatically rename attachments with
duplicate names? Perhaps like how IE will automatically add a number to the
end of an identically named download files. thanks.

FYI: I have discovered a work-around.

Open file manager and point to a target directory. Open the message with
identically named attachments and select them all. Drag them to the file
manager window. Windows will automatically append "(1), (2), ... (n)" to
each duplicate filename.
