saving in Microsoft Word 2003

This problem has just started a few months ago. But it is become nuisence
now. Saving is not option because the save as dialouge box is not popping up.
It would really be nice to be able to save your work since it is one of the
great features that Microsoft has to offer.

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if there are any
solutions to fix this annoying problem.

There is something fundamentally wrong with your copy of Word if you cannot
save. Start by using Help | Detect and Repair.
