Saving in word 2003

I can save files in word 2003, but when I attempt to re-access them, the
program tells me they are unavailable. Help!

If Norton/Symantec Antivirus is installed on your computer, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with NAV by clicking on Start | Programs | Norton |
Options | Miscellaneous | uncheck the "Enable Office Plugin" box.
