Saving in Wordperfect for reliable conversion to Word

D

Doh

I have to ask someone who uses Wordperfect to save their doc so that I can
edit it in Word2K. Is there a file format I can suggest (does WP have *.rtf
or something like it) that will make the conversion more reliable? The last
doc they sent is all messed up, and I can't seem to be able to fix it. (See
my question from yesterday that hasn't received any replies : "Wordperfect
endnote conversion problems".)

Thanks.

I believe recent versions of Word Perfect can save in Word format (probably
RTF) but all Word versions can open native RTF format. How successful
conversion from WP will be will depend on the complexity of the WP document.
These applications format via entirely different methods.
