Saving info in fax cover sheets

I am wondering if it is possible to save my info in fax cover sheet templates
and if it is possible to save recipient info as well...like in a phone book
type of thing to save from needing to enter this info every time we need to
send a fax. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
