Saving information with Office component spread sheet

I have a CSV file that I am accessing using an Office Component spread
sheet. Is it possible to make changes within the component and save
them to the csv file?

yup, essentially you would need to dump the data into a text box using
spreadsheet.CSVDATA. If it is a server text box, you can just examine the
data in the page load. There is complete code posted in here to do that.
