saving jpeg images in word doc

N

newtothis

I have cut and pasted(after editing) 4 small pictures into a word doc because
that was the only way I knew how to arrange the pictures the way I wanted.
They are going to be sent to a web retailer for a customized item, as 1
picture.
They were jpeg images when I saved them in My Pictures; however now that I
have cut and pasted into word, I can no longer save as jpeg, as the retailer
requests. So I need 1 jpeg file of the 4 images in a specific arrangement.
I have Microsoft Office Word 2003 and used Microsoft Office Picture Manager
to crop the pictures.
Thanks in advance and please reply in very basic terminology.

Get hold of Snagit from www.Techsmith.com and you can then use the Snagit
Printer to "print" the document to a .jpg file.

If you have MS PhotoEditor - right click on a jpg and see if it is in the
open with list - you can simply join pictures together by opening a new page
sufficiently big to fit them in, and then copy your images into place and
crop to size and save. Photo Editor, may not be all singling and dancing,
but it can be very handy for a quick fix! I used to do this regularly to
make composite aerial photos, before Google Earth came along...
