Saving Mail Items to a windows network folder

I am attempting to save Outlook 2002 mail items,
programmatically with vb6, onto a windows network folder.
Whne i access the line MailItem.SaveAs, I get the
error "Application-defined or object-defined error". Does
anyone know why this is happening?
