saving microsoft project data to oracle 8i

i face really bad problems when i try to save a project (from ms prj
2003) to Oracle 8i using ODBC. the message i get comes from
I_MSP_CONVERSIONS constraint saying that i commited duplicate values
while saving the project using ODBC. Does anybody faced this problem in
the past?

I've never saved to Oracle but I have heard that it's important to be using
the latest Oracle ODBC drivers.
