Saving multiple envelopes in Word's Mailings/Envelopes feature?

I have several mailing address I mail to each month and am trying to save
individual enevelopes in the Word Mailing/Envelopes feature and can't find a
way of doing it. It only allows me to save my return address as a default.
And here lies another issue. I take care of all my mother's bills, which uses
a different return address and different payees.

I've been able to do it by starting with a blank page in landscape format
and position the return and recipient addresses in the appropriate place and
save each as an individual file. But I was just wondering if there's a way to
save individual envelopes via the Mailings/Envelopes feature.

Yes and no. You can use the Mailings/Envelopes to create an envelope but you
can only use it to create one at a time. BUT, you can use it to create a
document with your desired number of envelopes and addresses. Create a new
document, on the Page Layout tab click the dialog box launcher (little arrow
in the bottom right corner), change the Page Size to your Envelope size and
change the page orientation if necessary. Create an envelope using the
Mailings/Envelopes feature, and add it to the document, then copy/paste it
as many times as you need. Change the address information accordingly and
save the document for future use.

Thanks, Beth. Actually, I've found the easiest way to accomplish what I want
is to simply place the return and mailing addresses on letter size pages in
landscape format and save as individual files. That way I don't have to go
into the printer settings and choose #10 envelope every time I open a new
envelope file. I can just stick the blank envelopes in, choose how many I
want printed and hit print.

I'm glad you found something that works for you. Unfortunately there really
isn't a way to do this within Word without creating some type of procedure
on your own. :)
