One thing you can do is open the site live (in other words use File | Open
Web and put your hosted web site address in there). Then use the Publish
feature to point back to either
http://localhost/myweb (with myweb being any
name that you want to store the web as) or to a folder location. FP is nice
because with the FP Server Extensions it really doesn't matter where the
server you are opening is and where the server you are trying to publish to.
To FP it's just another source and destination.
