Saving Notes in Excel

I am trying to save a project file into Excel (party who
will receive file does not have MS project), and I am
unable to save the notes associated with the tasks into
Excel. Can this be done? and if so, how?

I would appreciate any help that I can get.

Rick --

When you create your export map in the Import/Export Wizard, are you
including the Notes field as one of the fields to be exported?
