SnagIt, by TechSmith, offers a 'SnagIt printer' option that will allow you
to capture printouts directly to any of several available image formats.
After installation, it works like a regular printer and can be chosen from
the printer pulldown list. There are multiple set-up options for image
resolution, automating filenames./paths, watermarking, etc. Overall, my
opinion is that it is a powerful and well designed software solution. I use
SnagIt several hundred times a day (not an exaggeration) in my daily work.
