Saving Office XP preferences

Hello,

I'm using Office XP with Win98SE and am about to uninstall Office and
reinstall it on a new computer with WinXP Pro. Is there a way to save my
preferences (toolbars, etc.) in Office for PowerPoint, Excel, and especially
Word? And once I save them, how do I transfer them to the new installation.
(I don't have a CD burner on the Win98 computer.)
