Saving OneNote Initial Start-up Information

I would like to start using OneNote but would like to retain the general
help/information built into the One-Note "demonstration" screen that intially
displays when OneNote is started.

Is this information saved automatically or can we save it under a file name
so I can look back at it later as I start using the system?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

The OneNote intro is simply a OneNote notebook. In XP it is stored as:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\OneNote Notebooks\OneNote
2007 Guide. Vista is similar.

You can close the Notebook and then re-open when required later.
