saving only filterd data

i have a worksheet in excel and i have used auto filter. i want to have data
for solution acceptance among other mentioned below. i tried
Filter>F5>Special>visible cells only> copy and paste, but when i tried to
copy it, it selects entire work sheet including blank cells as well and gives
the error message "cannot change part of merged cells" .

for ex. I have the following data in one of the colums in my work sheet and
i want save data for "Solution acceptance" only, please help m with this.

Remove blank cells before applying Auto-Filter...
Once filter is applied Select the filtered rows shown and paste somewhere
else...

i have some blank cells, but they are merged. if possible i can mail you my
work sheet and then you can suggest me the solution.

Yes, pl. do.

Meged cell will give you trouble in Filtering... Pasting etc...

add @hotmail.com to to_sheeloo to get my email address...
I will work on it tomorrow.
