saving outlook settings when moving exchange sites

i'm looking to move 300 user accounts from one exchange
site to another, this can be done using a few utilities
but this isn't my problem.

My problem is how can i transfer client details at the
same time, when you move sites you lose your permissions,
delegates, pst location, rules and signitures etc on your
desktop, i'd like to export these and then re-import them
when the user has moved sites.

any ideas ats they would be most welcome.
