Saving Powerpoint video with embedded sound.

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I've realized that you cannot save as video and maintain the embedded sound files in your video.

bummer.

If anybody can offer me an alternative solution to creating a video from PPTX AND embedding the sound - i'd reaaaaly appreciate it.

We have an extensive discussion about dealing with audio and video in
PowerPoint starting on page 591 of the Dummies book.

Please realize that video is never embedded - it is always linked. You
can probably solve the problem by using File > Save As and then choosing
PowerPoint Package as the format. Distribute the entire package folder
that results if you want to play on computers other than your own.
