saving powerpoint

How do you save and powerpoint email to a Microsoft form? I have lots
of emails with powerpoints that I would like to save so that I can
keep them; dose any one out there knows how to do it?

This depends on your email client more than anything else. For most
web-based email clients, you can right-click on the link to the
attachment and choose something like "Save Target As." POP clients often
will allow the same thing or allow you to drag the attachment to your
desktop or other location on your hard drive. Other clients will have
other mechanisms for saving attachments.
