Saving PP in Other Formats

Is it possible to save a prepared Powerpoint Presentation as a Word or
PDF document. If so, which Mac or PC versions will allow me to do
this?

Hi,

I'm not sure if the mac version of powerpoint has this feature

But have a look on the File menu in powerpoint for...
"Send to Word" to produce the word file.

With Adobe Acrobat....you can create PDF files from your powerpoint files

Cheers

In office 2000+ or xp (pc) it is fairly easy to send a ppt to word
even with notes, and rearrange the layout in word, it's a pain to do
in OSX though.
in OSX you can choose to print to pdf directly in the system but the
files can get pretty large, so it's best to use Acrobat6 (full version
not the reader) to print to adobe pdf and from within acrobat6 to
shrink the file to a decent size (up to 10% only compared to osx pdf
printed file)
You can use Acrobat 6 pro on the pc aswell with the same results.

hope that helps

PowerPoint itself doesn't save to PDF.

On the PC, if you have Adobe Acrobat or one of several other products that can
make PDFs, you can create PDFs from just about any program that can print,
PowerPoint included.

On pre-OS X Macs, you'd also need Acrobat or similar.

With OS X, you can pretty much save PDFs from anything you can print from w/o
needing to purchase add'l PDF-making software.
