Saving Presentation for distribution

We have a presentation that we would like to distribute on
CD. Is there a way to do that in a format that someone
could access and view this presentation if they don't have
PowerPoint. We noticed on PowerPoint for Windows there is
an option called Pack and Go is this something available
on Mac or even an option to consider?

There are free viewers for PowerPoint Windows and Mac
You can distribute these with your presentations so people who don't
have PPT can view them.

Hi

In addition to Steve's suggestion to include the free PowerPoint viewers,
you can save a presentation as a PowerPoint Movie, which creates a QuickTime
movie file of your presentation.

Another option is to use the Save As Web Page option to create a web page
that can be viewed using Internet Explorer (presentations don't always look
so hot with other browsers).

I vote to include all of the different options on your CD so that the user
gets to choose which one they like best.
