Saving print formatting in shared documents

We appear to be unable to save the print formatting (paper
source, etc.) in PP2000 files that are being shared. We
can save Page Setup options, but they do not appear to be
used to drive the print selections of other users. This
means, for example, that when sending a PP file built for
Legal-sized paper to another user, their print job is
running it on Letter, even though the Page Setup clearly
indicates that it is a Legal document. There does not
seem to be an option to save the Print Options within a
given document.

Any suggestions?
