Saving relationship window

Does anyone know if its possible to save the table relationships diagram so I
can email it to someone? So far I can't see how it can be done.

Hi

Most versions of Access would not even let you print them. If your table
relationships are not too complicated (i.e. fit all of them on screen after
you maximize Access window), you can then do the Alt-PrintScreen (Copy) and
Ctrl-V (Paste) the image to a word document and then email the word
document.

Another option would be to peruse the internet for 3rd party tools for
MSAccess.

Uhm, most versions of Access have a File | Print menu choice on the
Relationships page.

But this would give you a printed copy of the relationships, and the OP said
"email". If you acquire a .PDF generator that you install on your PC as a
printer, you can print-to-pdf, then email that.

Oops, you're absolutely correct Jeff, thanks. I stand corrected.
As a matter of fact, you'd have to go back to A97 to find the version where
you cant print table relationships. Dont remember what I was smoking, but it
must've been good.. lol.
