Reminders aren't stored separately from the other data. If you've
successfully restored the items with reminders on them, and those items
are in the Inbox, Calendar, Tasks, and/or Contacts folders in the
default mail store (the set of folders that your new e-mail is delivered
to), the reminders should come back. If not, you can try starting
Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch and see if that reactivates
the reminders. If you need help using Outlook command line switches,

Note that reminders will not fire on items that are not stored in the
four folders I mentioned above, at least not without a 3rd party add-in.
