Saving reports in Project

New to MS Project. I have 2003 Standard & am tracking
some really simple task lists, etc. on a few large
projects.

Wanting to report task lists, deadlines & progress to
others who do not have Project.

I like the flexibility of the custom reports & have
created the perfect format to report on my project.
However, I have not figured out how to save the report &
share it electronically.

Is there a way to save a report & share in a Word doc,
Excel or PPT? Printing a view or pushing it down to PPT
does not provide the same comprehensive info. I can get in
custom reporting.

Help???? What am I missing here?

Sorry, you can't save in word, excel or PPT. You can install a pdf writing
program (like adobe acrobat writer or other freeware like FreePDF) and use
them to create a PDF that you can email.

You might want to check out Project Assistant from MAI. It can generate
customized reports and email them to team members using Outlook. Might work
with what you are trying to do.
