Saving single sheet from workbook-

Hello,
I would like to be able to save one sheet of a multi-sheet workbook as it's
own stand alone file. Now every time I "save as" I get the entire workbook
saved as the invoice I am trying to save. I don't need 140kb files created
each time I save a 30kb invoice HELP! I have done the save as and saved it
as an older (4.0) worksheet then opened again and saved the updated copy to
Excel 2000. Any suggestions?
