Saving Snapshot Reports for Power Point

Most of our reports are saved as .snp. These work fine
for printing and viewing via our intranet and email. We
also need to be able to place these in Power Point
Presentations. I have to take a picture with a Snapshot
tool and save as an image and then insert in the
Presentation. Any ideas on how this process could be
improved? The quality when they print is very poor.

you may install a costfree "virtual" printer driver on www.mabuse.de which
enables you to print each page as a seperate image-file.

This image can be used in PowerPoint or you convert it (for example with
www.irfanview.com) into another more suitable format.
