Saving Templates On Shared Calendars: Limitations?

Hello All

Daily, we receive about 20-50 template submissions that we have been printing out. As we, as other companies, are moving towards a paperless environment, I had proposed a idea that we "Move to Folder" these templates on a shared network & group calendar. My questions are
1) What are any possible problems you may see with this saving
2) As it's on a network drive, how much space will this usurp
3) Does this saving on a shared calendar also effect all of our groups .pst file size, as we are nearing the 2 GB mark
4) Anything else that would help us or any different ways you may think we can work this while saving as much 'memory and space' as possible

What do you mean by "templates"? Outlook doesn't share .pst files, you know.
