saving the autorecovery file is postponed for normal

It appears that word is not saving recovery files every 10 minutes. This
message comes up. Does anyone know why?

Go to
Tools / Options / Save
There's an option about half-way down that reads "Save AutoRecover info
every..." accross form this option is a drop down box in which you can select
the time intervals between word's AutoRecovery saves. You can also uncheck
the box to the far left of this option to turn the AutoRecovery saves off. I
think this may be what is going on. If, not sorry, but I hope this helps,
