Saving the AutoRecovery file is postponed for...

Some two weeks ago I started getting a pop up message when I am
writting a message in Outlook 2002 SP3:

Saving the AutoRecovery file is postponed for "here comes the text in
the subject of the e-mail message".

Why the pop up? How can I turn it off?
