Saving then reopen and is blank

Hi, anyone's help or suggestions welcome!

A few people in my company are experiencing the same
problem as follows:

Working on a document, saving as normal using keys and
mouse, closing the document then when reopening the next
day the document is blank!

We use iManage document system, which may or may not be
relevant.

Has anyone had this before or knows why it happens?!?

Joel,

not familiar with i-manage, but if it's managing document
changes that would be the first place to look. There may
be something overlooked in its configuration with Word.

To pinpoint whether this program is at fault, try emailing
your documents one to another for review. Also, you might
try saving to a floppy or network location outside the i-
manage realm.
