Saving tif files on the sever

When a user scans a document using Microsoft Office
Document Imaging, she gets a message: 'Unable to save
file. Check disk space and permission.' when trying to
save a .tif file on the file server's share folder. The
user has full rights on the folder and has Domain Users
rights. If I login (Domain Admin) and do the samething, it
works without any error message. What should I do on
user's profile to be able to save directly to the server.

I checked the qouta setting of the share drive, and the
user had exceeded the limit. The qouta limit is set to
take not action when the limit has been exceeded, meaning
user could still save documents but it seems this doesn't
apply for .tif files.
