Saving to Contact sub folders

In Outlook 2000 can you right click on a the "from" field for example and designate that address to a sub folder in your contacts.
I get an email from a new friend and I want to save it to my "friends" sub folder in Outlook. How the heck can I do this?

Thank you

When the contact opens, don't click Save and Close. Instead, use File | Move
to Folder.

No version of Outlook permitted saving to a subfolder from the Context menu.
You have to use Sue's method.
