Saving to HTML with Hyperlinks

Is there any way to save a flowchart to HTML and keep
hyperlinks intact? I've got a bunch of documents linked
to various process shapes, but when I save to HTML the
links are no longer present.

Which version of Visio are you using? Hyperlinks were supported as least as
far back as Visio 5.
