Saving to Organizatoinal Forms Library

I am trying to create a new task form for users to request Technical Support.
I am able to create the new task form but when I try to save it to the
Organizatonal Forms Library I don't get that option. I went through the
steps to create an Organizational Forms Library and it shows up on the
Exchange server but I don't see it on my pc. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

When you created the OrgForms library, did you give yourself write permission?

I'm not positive so I went back and made myself the owner. Now I se the
Organizational Forms Library when I try to save the new task but I get this
message:

"Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI error. the form
cannot be installed because you do not have owenr permissions."

Maybe I'm in the wrong place - where should I be giving the permissions?

The symptoms still sound like a permissions issue. I'd take another look,
specifically at who has write access to that folder.
