Saving to Personal Forms

I was creating a form using outlook, due to a problem with my computer I
lost all the forms stored within my Personal Forms folder. I have a copy of
the form I was creating because I emailed it to a colleague. Can I save this
form into my personal forms folder so I can then continue to design it.

Well, you would create an item from it, open it in development mode, and
then publish it there. You don't save it directly there.

If you can open the emailed copy, you can use its Tools | Forms | Publish Form command to republish.
