saving to tiff

I created a children's coloring book of 32 pages in Publisher 2002 - I
inserted jpegs and used the text box facility. It is going to be published in
Italy and the printer needs it in .tiff format. Is this possible? The cover
is in color and the rest is black and white.

The printer probably is asking for a PDF. Acrobat can convert the publication to
..tiff. Postscript with a tiff header will work I think.
There are free PDF creators out there, don't know about how they handle files.

How do I convert the publication using Acrobat? What does "Postscript with a
tiff header" mean?

You need Acrobat, not the free Reader.
