saving unsent email created within another office app

Scott

Here is my situation, I hope you can help:

I have a user that INSISTS she used to be able to save an
email created via File - Send To - Mail Recipient (as
attachment) to the Drafts folder within Outlook.

She is using the Office 2000 Pro Suite. I have been able
to duplicate this. When File - Save is selected on an
email that is created within another Office app, the email
is saved to the Inbox and NOT to the Drafts folder. An
email created from within Outlook DOES get saved to the
Drafts folder.

I'm almost SURE she is wrong, that she never could save to
Drafts from other Office apps, but cannot find proof. This
lady is the CEO's wife and won't take my word for it.

Any help or links you can provide, providing any kind of
answer will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

She is wrong. Messages started in other apps always save to the inbox.
Messages started within Outlook save to drafts.

Not sure if there is anything at slipstick.com, but if she needs to see
proof on a website, I can add something to my site for you. <g>

thank you Diane for the confirmation. I hope she doesn't
require proof, otherwise why am I here, but if she does
I'll be sure to let you know. What is the best way to
contact you if this is the case?

Thanks again,

Scott
