I have been using Word to produce my Cub Scout Pack Web
Page. The page was done and in the "tweeking" phase. I
had found out about the "worm" and downloaded the patch.
Now for some unknown reason my web page has reverted back
to pages that were not the finally product. When I go
into Word and I open the file it shows the "final"
product. I then try to "Save As". I leave the file name
field alone. I name it the name that shows up (which is
the name of what the file should be.) At that point I
should get a message asking me to overwrite the existing
file, but I don't. The "Save As" window just
disappears. Then when I try to save to my web page, Word
locks up and shuts down.
I don't know if the MSBlaster worm patch had any negative
affect on the program, but it does seem coincidental.
