Saving Word Documents in Outlook Contact

I have been saving a word document in my outlook contacts
using it as a source for file notes, this outlook contact
folder is shared with other users on my SBS Exchange
Server. Now I have a problem that has occured, when the
other users open up the file note within the contact and
resave it, the file has now been placed in a Temporary
Internet file on the local drive.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to change this back to
storing the files within the Exchange Server again?
