Saving Word Documents

I am seeking the process required to save Word documents
as PDF Files for sending as email attachments.

Can you assist?

You will need to have software to create PDFs, either the full version of
Adobe Acrobat or one of the less expensive clones. There is no built-in
functionality in Word to do this.
