Saving Word/Excel to Groove Workspace

Is there a way to create a document/workbook in MS Office and then save it
directly to a Groove Workspace? I have looked everywhere and cannot find any
information about this at all. Having this facility would be hugely
beneficial to me as I am using Groove with colleagues via SharePoint and it
is painful to have to save the file and then upload them to Groove/SharePoint
individually (don't even get me started on uploading multiple files to
SharePoint).
