saving worksheet as webpage

i have created a chart on a worksheet and have saved it as a web page. but
when i upload the webpage to my site, i get an icon that indicates that the
image wont show up. i've also noticed that when i save the webpage to my
desktop, a related folder appears on my desktop too. does the folder need
to be uploaded to my site for the image to appear? why isn't it appearing?

Oh yes, certainly. If you have a look inside the folder, you'll see your
picture ("xxxx.png") and another document ("filelist.xml") both being
required for a complete display as a webpage. You have to upload that folder
just like it shows up next to your "myworkbook.htm" file.
