SBA 2006 Installation problems

I just installed Office Small Business Management Edition 2006 with SBA and
am getting an error whenever I attempt to open SBA. All other applications
open without a problem, however I am unable to register SBA and when I open
it I get the default page for a second then I recieve an error message and
the application closes:

Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. File or assembly name
u-oo8g54.dll, or one of its dependencies, was not found.

The error always lists a dll file but it always seems to be a different dll
