sbcglobal subaccounts on Entourage for Macintosh

I have OSX and I use Entourage 2004 (v. 11.3.3). I was able to
successfully set up an account for my main sbcglobal.net E-mail
address. I am receiving E-mail fine on that address. However, when I
tried to set up an sbcglobal subaccount I was unsuccessful.
Entourage just returns an error asking me for proper username/password
or a recheck of security settings.

Any ideas?

Can you access the subaccount through the web mail interface?

The web interface would show if the system accepts the account's user
name and password.

I was missing the obvious. The subaccount was setup properly, but I
never bothered to go to the webpage to check the mail. The webpage
directed me through a page requesting what I wanted on my homepage for
that subaccount (news, entertainment, etc.). Once I went through that
process everything started working fine with Entourage. Yahoo just
hadn't released the subaccount yet.
