SBCMSNC.DLL is not a valid office add in

Hi
I have an error when every time start / run the application office outlook
2003.
error message below:
C:\Documents and Settings\Roger\Application Data\Microsoft\Addins
| C:\Program File\Microsoft Office\Office\SBCMSNC.DLL is not a valid
| Office add-in.

I tried to have a look and clear ( uncheck) in the office addin manager and
comm in with no different.

Even I tried to repair the outlook but the message still come out.
Please help me to fix the error pop up.

Did the user install the Small Business Contact Manager at some point?

Hi Vince
I was checked it in the add remove program, there is no business contact
manager installed. The error is seem from sync the contact manager.
I tried the detect repair still did not fix the problem.

I tried the regedit the key below, it seem to popup error did not come out.
Is that the right way doing it?

Modify the registry, follow these steps:
1. From the toolbar click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
2. Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\SBCM.ADDIN.1
3. With the Sbcm.addin.1 key selected, press DELETE.
4. Quit the Registry Editor.

I tried the regedit the key below, it seem to popup error did not come

With Outlook closed, delete the file %UserProfile%\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\extend.dat (Windows XP) or
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\extend.dat (Windows Vista) and see if that
helps.
