Copied a PST file from a 2000 version of Outlook to a
machine with 2003 Outlook. On new machine error message
"...\AddIns\crogeram Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\sbcmsync.dll is not a valid office add-in"
Several problems:
There are multiple identities on the machine all running
Outlook and all now give the error even though the 2000
PST was only loaded on one.
Removing the 2000 version pst does not remove the error
sbcmsync is not listed as being attempted to be loaded in
the add-in manager
How do I remove the erroneous call and why, when
application data is kept by user identity does a proplem
in one identity effect all?
Ant thoughts?
