SBERET.MSI

Darryl

Need to install service packs for Office XP, but
microsoft.com keeps demanding SBERET.MSI, a file that
does not exist on our Office XP Professional cd.

Any thoughts, anyone?

Thanks,

Darryl

Hi Darryl,

Check in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control
panel to see what Microsoft Office XP edition is
listed. SBERet.msi is the Small Business Edition.
It's possible that you were not given the CD that
matches the installation by your PC provider.
