SBS'03 and Contacts

If the following question would be better posted in another group - please
let me know.

I've got an SBS '03 installation including Exchange '03.
I would like all the Outlook '03 clients to point to the same Contact list.
Is there a way I can create one Contact Address Book and point all the
clients in the office to it?

The second part of my question involves a Word 02 template I've created with
some Macros that will insert a name from the OutlookAddressBook. This is
what I need to be linked, so thus I need to be able to make that shared
Contact list the default.

Is and how is this possible.
